Meet Aaron Goshine.
Aaron Goshine is a talented watercolour artist with a strong sense of spatial awareness and an eye for the subtle qualities and variations in colours and tones. He has a well developed sense for visual storytelling, often using allegories and symbolism. He paints to bring about pleasure and well-being to both himself and those who experience his work.
Holding many hundred hours of application in both visual arts and computer science, Aaron has also studied colour theory extensively, with an emphasis on harmony and emotional resonance; a quality clearly reflected in his work.
Born in Jamaica, in his early life Aaron has won several national art competitions and was mentored by icons including Sir Barrington Watson, Prof. Rex Nettleford, and Tony Wilson. His work is deeply inspired by English and international masters such as J.M.W. Turner, John Singer Sargent, Alvaro Castagnet, Joseph Zbukvic, and Ray Campbell Smith.
Beyond his work in painting, Aaron is a certified coach and mentor with a keen interest in neuroscience particularly how it intersects with the arts and motivational psychology. As a former professional dancer, his approach to creativity reflects a deep appreciation for movement, rhythm, and the full gamut of human expression.
